Available in two sizes with a choice of 3 mm or 6 mm lead shielding.
- The steel box has a powder coated outer surface and the inner surface is lined with plastic to ensure any spillages are contained within the bin.
- The top shielded lid is operated by a foot pedal.
- The lid is fitted with a damper mechanism allowing it to close smoothly.
- The bin is supplied with two removable lead lined inner lids, one large for use with sacks and one smaller for use with small items.
- Pedal bins are primarily for use with plastic sacks, but can be adapted for use with some sharps containers and they can also be fitted with castors.
